1st Lieut. E.C. Council. Promoted to Colonel, Died at Washington City of wounds received August 21st, 1864 at Weldon Railroad.

2nd Lieut. E.L. Hopkins. Enlisted for twelve months, went home, did not enlist in A.N.V. again.
