The "Wednesday Morning" programs have always marked a striking feature in the history of N. H. S. They were first tried as an experiment and have proved both beneficial and entertaining to the teachers and students. And so it was that this year a society was organized consisting of four representatives from each grade.Marion Borum was elected president; Orrick Metcalfe, secretary and treasurer. The society was unanimously named "Philologian." With the help of Miss Howard, as sponsor, the society has given many interesting programs throughout the term.
